Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Felinae Studio (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any consumer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") making a purchase on the felinaestudio.net website.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are accessories and items for cats as well as decorative and lifestyle products. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product sheet. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and are not contractually binding.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order confirmation.

Article 4 – Order

The Customer places an order online via the felinaestudio.net website. The order is confirmed by sending a confirmation email. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or in case of suspected fraud.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online using the methods offered on the website at the time of ordering. Payment is secure. The order is processed after payment confirmation.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are shipped from our partner warehouses. Delivery times are provided as an indication on the website. In case of delay, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to events of force majeure. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the logistics provider.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to the contact address available on the website.

Article 8 – Returns and refunds

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or delivery error. The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the return, via the original payment method.

Article 9 – Legal guarantees

The Customer benefits from the following legal guarantees:

  • Guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
  • Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)

Article 10 – Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 11 – Personal data

Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website, and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 12 – Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the Customer may resort to consumer mediation in accordance with European Directive 2013/11/EU. French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
